As a home inspector, I participate in many transactions where the real estate agent seems dubious about serving the client’s needs. Bonnie Sterling is honest and hard-working. She’s like a general contractor: coordinating inspections, escrow, lender, title, etc. (wow) Bonnie will sooner talk a client out of buying a house then try to justify purchasing a questionable money-pit.
