Forget the rest cause she is definitely THE BEST!!! Sounds corny but it is true. I’m an insurance agent and my husband is in sales so between our very unpredictable hours it is very crucial to find an agent that can work with our unpredictable hours, someone with a great deal of knowledge in real estate and most of all a great listener to understand our requirements and our needs. Bonnie, by far exceeding our expectations. Needless to say, every person that I come across that is in need of a great real estate agent I always mention her name and now I have her number memorize.
I actually originally found this agent via her wonderful reviews on Zillow! My husband and I had a bad experience with a previous Realtor and were ready to start our search again but wanted to find someone that would be truly helpful and reliable and Bonnie Sterling really fit exactly what we were looking for in an agent. After reaching out to her via email she called right away to discuss what we were looking for in a home, set up a search and a couple days later we were looking at homes. It only took us 2 months with her to procure a home exactly like we wanted. She worked super hard to get things to run smoothly, despite the home being a foreclosure and all the while worked with our schedules, even bringing paperwork to us to sign when we couldn’t make it to her office. She recommended great people for home inspections, etc something we would never have known about. Bonnie really restored our faith in what a Realtor could be and do for us and it was a pleasure to buy our first home with her.
